BLACK AND WHITE. NEVER GREY

Life is black and white, and never grey.
You’re either experiencing sadness or happiness, and never something in-between.
However, either black or white is only for a moment.
As quick as you scratch a matchstick and light a candle, blowing out its flames is as fleeting as the former.
So, live life knowing that "just as the sun rises, it’ll eventually set. However, with a promise to surely rise again.
So, eat, drink, and sleep well in your sad moments, just as you would in your happy days, because the black would filter into white one day, and the sadness would arch into happiness another day.

There’s no need to turn to grains of sand just because of a fleeting sad moment. However listen to the voice of the wind whispering, "This too shall pass".

St. Matthew 17:20 "You didn’t have enough faith, " Jesus told them. " I assure you, even if you had faith as small as a mustard seed you could say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it would move. Nothing would be impossible." NLT (New Living Translation).

Sometimes, or perhaps, every time, when that sad moment feels as high as a mountain, envision it as small as a mustard seed. Then, you can crush any sorrow. Crush the head of a serpent also.
